My Joy
I waited for you for nine months
I waited in excitement just to touch
Your sweet innocent face
With which I fell in love
Your gentle laughter makes me realize the love of a mother
While your smiles continually come one right after the other
The happiness and joy that you bring to me
Is unlike anything I have ever felt or seen
Now that you are here I thank the Lord everyday
That he game me someone special like you
