Island girl I've got my eyes on you Loving the way you move So smooth Longing for your hand My song Take me to your wonderland Come on Cause together, island girl Just us two... We can groove Yeah, you don't know What you've been missing But when I catch you girl We'll be all night kissing And feeling those waves Going deep sea fishing Making love Island girl Show up in all my dreams Sweet island girl Your heat, turning me to steam To gaze on you, so nice To hold you.. I'll bring the ice Oh, the sound of tropical tunes Under the stars, it's a lover's moon Can't resist.. I was wondering if anyone would notice the end result. I posted on Greg's poem of my opinion on the contest. If you don't give both recognition one is going to loose out. As being a collaboration both need to be recognized. I see why my partner was upset..

I got an N/A Eve which is so so unfair - I see Andrea got a 1st yet her writing partner got a 3rd another poem had both names on it yet still got a first. I just don't understand how a collaboration contest can be judged so bizarrely:-( hugs jan xx

it's funny, jan, when i started reading this poem i thought, "wow, this sounds a lot like something dave (lyric man) would write! the note at the end made me smile to learn that i was right. kudos to both of you for this delightful write...

Yes he's back, and HOPEFULLY this time its for good Tim... Cas has also posted recently, all we need is for Darren Watson to come back ... that would be a dream come true for us all to be reunited on soup again:-) hugs jan xx
