My Imaginary Restaurant
30/09/2016
My imaginary restaurant
Driving on N2 road between Mtata and Dutywa.
You wouldn't pass without stopping by.
The smell
The smile on the faces
Of people coming out of that big beautiful house,
Will have your eyes wide open,
Eager to find out why they're all smiles.
As you are busy looking,
The name "Simple the best" will leave you with questions and more eager.
I can see you walking slowly towards the door.
Unsure of going inside
Yet you cant resist the smell.
Those "come inside, they are serving the best fast food here" words from the people coming out,
Are making it hard not to go inside.
Finally there you are
Standing on the door with your mouth wide open.
"This place is amazing"
The amazement will have you talking alone.
Looking straight to where the smell comes from
And boom there she is,
Julia Child with my staff.
With their friendly faces, their clean white uniform and the spotless place dragging you to the counter
Not sure what to order?
Oh yeah you're looking around again trying to see what is most enjoyable by the customers.
You see a man eating fish and chips, licking his fingers.
You look around again and see a lady eating a hamburger like she was imprisoned for a month.
"They must be really good, no lady can eat like that"
You are having your own meeting
Wishing you had enough money to buy everything.
It's evident that you were really amazed and didn't have the chance to read the slogan
Good Cheap Fast...
