My Heaven

One eye was green- yet its mate was blue
Through my eyes I see - the imagery in you
I look - I am looking through these eyes
The skies - they are heavenly and so divine
Through these lips protruding on my face
It's you I view - this sky I trace
And of wine - bewildered as I do sip
My eyes - reality of beauty I do also grip
The hues of blue - this beauteous creation
I am meek - astounded the skies are wise
My arms I reach to the heavens with my hands
And with my eyes I imagine life's duration
My soul - in reality is with this the sun
And on earth til heaven I'll seek God's word
Reaching out ! I'll walk a christian life my way
And the word in my eyes I seldom heard.
