My Heart Song

I hear the wind whispering in the trees,
I feel the gentle kiss of an Autumn breeze.
You've touched a place in my soul and heart,
And bonded us so that we will never part.
You smile at me and take my hand,
And together we step back into another land.
Where people live proud and free,
Walk the mountain man and the gal from the city.
You are my heart song your image so real
And you dear mountain man my heart you did steal
