My Heart Soars

Clouds like sand ripples 'pon the beach
Only their color dark
Almost black, whispy clouds of white
Cobalt blue clouds make mark

Rising sun makes some glow with light
Slits in the clouds show red
Soon the sun will be up and warm
The beauty  of morn fled

Thank you Lord for another day
Abundant blessings pour
Whether in showers, sun or storm
Your Love makes my heart soar
