My Heart Is a Pen

My heart is a pen 
and i can write with it
 from the moment we met 
and even more
 it's been writing 
from the moment of truth... 
the ink is been flowing
more in a rush than usual

I heard you 
i understood
i loved the feel 
but feared the end
i see the fire in your eyes
and i know its real
i wish it was not
but i love that it is
i sigh
i muzzle 
i wonder

i want to run 
i want to stay
 i hope i won't
 because i know that if i stay
 i may not stand 
and yet i know 
i need the strength
 for the promise i have made
 with the pen of my heart
