My Heart Bleeds

Sitting in my dark room,
Watching the rain fall,
Drop down my window sill.
Tear splashing my arms.

My heart bleeds inside.
I'm holding myself,
Hiding in the shadows.
Wondering why my heart is crying,
Wondering why I'm bleeding.
I'm in so much pain,

I need to find the light.
But the pain grows and grows.
The coldness rises inside me.
I can't fight anymore.
I'm giving in.
The sorrow comforts me.
When my heart bleeds...
