Still on the health kick routine, still losing weight Forty-four pounds down, heading for fifty, can't wait Must be patient Mustn't get complacent Time will prove my efforts will be rewarded post haste

You hardly cast a shadow anymore, you're as thin as an old screen door, lost so much weight, no need to operate. that's what happens when you eat albacore:)

Last time I kicked my health//it kicked me back, like my wealth//Which is minimal//Nearly criminal!//It avoids me with incredible stealth. SHRINK ON JACKSON!!!
