My God, Thank You For Succouring Me

Thank You for succouring me with Your sovereignty Fully controlling me from worldliness’ infirmity Wholly now, I’m settled toward majestic eternity Truly pursuing to fight lustful carnality. Thank You for succouring me with Your strengthening Fully bracing me up from slothfulness’ loosening Wholly now, I’m fortified upon wise learning Truly studying to fulfill diligent listening. Thank You for succouring me with Your statutes Fully teaching me from humanism’s institutes Wholly now, I’m enlightened along pleasant attitudes Truly persisting to apply scriptural beatitudes. Thank You for succouring me with Your standard Fully raising me from intellectualism’s regard Wholly now, I’m changed toward being a faithful steward Truly endeavouring to receive precious reward.
