My God, Thank You For Standing By Me

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR STANDING BY ME

Thank You for standing by me with Your providence
Whenever I face problems along trials’ incidence
Never leaving me midst sin-atrocities’ impudence
While pulling me toward Your will of blessed residence.

Thank You for standing by me with Your prevalence
Whenever I experience sufferings along persecutions’ pestilence
Never neglecting me midst guilt-afflictions’ violence
While cheering me up thru Your peace of blissful silence.

Thank You for standing by me with Your prominence
Whenever I flee from vanity along pride’s eminence
Never tolerating me midst arrogance-stardom’s pertinence
While reminding me about Your sacrifices of eternal permanence.

Thank You for standing by me with Your omnipotence
Whenever I sow righteousness along holiness’ insistence
Never pampering me midst shame-meekness’ pretense
While pressing me upward Your mighty persistence.

Thank You for standing by me with Your presence
Whenever I seek fellowship along communion’s iridescence 
Never ignoring me midst prayer-supplication’s fluorescence 
While keeping me inside Your gracious license.

Thank You for standing by me with Your preference
Whenever I show standards along Bible’s reference
Never forsaking me midst humanism-worldliness’ interference
While strengthening me by Your powerful adherence.

Thank You for standing by me with Your patience
Whenever I waver in the faith along temptations’ inconvenience
Never hurting me midst confession-admission of disobedience 
While blessing me according to Your sovereign omniscience.
