MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR SHOWING YOURSELF STRONG IN MY BEHALF Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your compassion While Your eyes run to and fro throughout the earth with loving motion To seek me for Your molding’s perfection Keeping my faith in Your possession. Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your mercy While Your hands extend Your reaching-out clemency To uphold me against sinfulness’ fervency Keeping my salvation in Your redemption-seal’s constancy. Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your might While Your deliverance is manifested before mankind’s sight To guide me with Your light along fellowship delight Keeping my conviction in Your truth so bright. Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your authority While Your leadership radiates with majestic sovereignty To guard me midst attacking iniquity and tempting infirmity Keeping my soul in Your eternal certainty. Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your helpfulness While Your protection exhibits marvelous kindness To draw me near You with Your forgiveness Keeping my heart in Your security’s steadfastness. Thank You for showing Yourself strong in my behalf by Your presence While Your provisions prevail over crises’ persistence To minister unto me with Your care’s prominence Keeping my life in Your providence.
