My God, Thank You For Reproving My Faithlessness

September 23 Scripture Meditations Based on Mark 9-10 Key Verse– Mark 9:19 He (Jesus Christ) answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? …
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR REPROVING MY FAITHLESSNESS Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, showing distrust With Your compassion beyond unbelief’s crust That corrects me of discontent-disgust For me to cleave to You fully which is a needful must. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, manifesting hypocrisy With Your truth of wisdom’s persistency That exposes me to Bible principle-consistency For me to come to You sincerely along Your mercy. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, expressing dissatisfaction With Your providence-provision That disciplines me against prayerlessness’ malfunction For me to seek You constantly midst worldly invitation. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, exposing foolishness With Your guidance of Scriptural cleverness That teaches me toward dependence-fullness For me to learn from You willingly to continue in Your righteousness. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, highlighting complaints With Your graciousness, always gearing me since it never faints That rebukes me whenever I grumble along disgusting murmur-taints For me to call unto You humbly with Your blessed saints. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, baring out worry With Your readiness to solve what I consider as mystery That protects me against perilous woe and misery For me to lean on You wholeheartedly for joyous victory. Thank You for reproving my faithlessness, magnifying indolence With Your prodding over slothfulness-prevalence That drives me toward diligence-opulence For me to praise You blissfully midst prayer-filled sublime silence.
