My God, Thank You For Reigning Over Me

Key Verse – Judges 9:8 The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR REIGNING OVER ME
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your compassion
Always loving me with Your sovereign permission
Indeed caring for my being’s supervision
So that I can honour You along Your granted permission.
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your instruction
Always teaching me with Your righteous position
Indeed training my heart’s reaction
So that I can please You along Your promised faith-function.
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your provision
Always sustaining me with Your bountiful satisfaction
Indeed supplying my needs’ portion
So that I can delight in You along Your enriching fruition.
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your protection
Always guarding me with Your ready justification
Indeed defending my soul’s submission
So that I can fellowship with You along Your enlightening vision.
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your sanctification
Always forgiving me with Your merciful disposition
Indeed pardoning my confessed transgression
So that I can worship You along Your holy purification.
Thank You for reigning over me thru Your fortification
Always strengthening me with might transformation
Indeed polishing my faith’s production
So that I can live for You along Your powerful perfection.
