My God, Thank You For Commanding Me With Your Instructions

August 3 Scripture Meditations Based on Jeremiah 34-38 Key Verse – Jeremiah 35:13 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Go and tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will ye not receive instruction to hearken to my words? saith the LORD.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR COMMANDING ME WITH YOUR INSTRUCTIONS Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ direction For my faith to be strong through Your transformation As I obey You with consecration Constantly submissive to Your truthful proclamation. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ righteousness For my conviction to be firm through Your holiness As I follow You with willingness Constantly surrendered to Your worthy purposiveness. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ authority For my commitment to be steadfast through Your sovereignty As I seek You with humility Constantly satisfied to enjoy Your rich bounty. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ empowerment For my service to be fruitful through Your involvement As I pray to You with trust-fulfillment Constantly settled to prioritize Your offered heavenly investment. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ light For my testimony to be radiant through reflection, divinely bright As I abide in You with worshipful delight Constantly stable to stand while clinging to Your might. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ endurance For my character to be Christ-like through Your assurance As I learn from You with meekness the essence of forbearance Constantly shaped to be molded by Your precepts against ignorance. Thank You for commanding me with Your instructions’ fervency For my persistence to be productive through Your mercy As I continue for You with consistency Constantly sufficed by Your available clemency.
