My God, Thank You For Beholding My Desolation

August 16, 2022 Scripture Meditations Based on Daniel 7-12 Key Verse – Daniel 9:18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR BEHOLDING MY DESOLATION Thank You for beholding my desolation and adversity Not hidden from Your omniscient sovereignty Indeed actually exposed midst sins’ obscurity For my spiritual prosperity. Thank You for beholding my desolation and anguish Not remote from Your tender mercies, iniquities can’t extinguish Indeed truly near midst hatred causing soul to languish For my mind to discern folly and then ignorance, distinguish. Thank You for beholding my desolation and loneliness Not distant from Your loving kindness Indeed constantly ready midst bitterness’ gloominess For my joyful eagerness. Thank You for beholding my desolation and boredom Not blurred from Your bright wisdom Indeed radiantly glowing midst dark earthliness’ kingdom For my heavenly bliss toward eternal freedom. Thank You for beholding my desolation and failure Not far from Your victorious gesture Indeed triumphantly successful midst losses’ closure For my divine cure. Thank You for beholding my desolation and affliction Not covered from Your great compassion Indeed abundantly bountiful midst sorrows’ reaction For my ministerial jubilation. Thank You for beholding my desolation and discouragement Not blocked from Your inspiring involvement Indeed actively helpful midst sad predicament For my fruitful betterment.
