My Friend Murrey
There is that which we call the power of imagination.
There is also the power of prayer and faith to receive.
I have duly noted that I had a friend that seemed
to have most epitomized the power of imagination.
He imagined and visualized something that he felt
could and would happen in his lifetime. He pursued
the power of prayer and believed with faith to receive.
I knew that it was possible but did not think that it
was probable.
Murrey imagined that the US Supreme Court would overthrow
the constitutionality of Roe VS Wade. To our utter delight, that
is exactly what happened in his lifetime. I can only imagine
the sheer joy and peace he experienced in his final days on
this earth. How awesome.
My dear friend passed away a few days ago at the age
of 87. I last saw him in December of '21. I moved away
in February of '22 and lost touch with him thereafter.
A mutual friend called me yesterday, informing me of
his passing.
For many years he had great imagination of what could
happen in the Pro-life movement. To the very end of his
life, he was a dear and dedicated friend to the unborn and
a champion of the pro-life movement. He founded two pro-
life organizations and was personally able to save and rescue
hundreds of babies who would have otherwise been aborted.
