My Friend
A friend has your heart in their hands,
They comfort you, support you and will take a stand.
I treasure the friendship that we share,
Although I cannot tell you just how much I care.
Your love and companionship keeps me level-headed,
Your arms around me keep me strong.
Our time together, the advice you can give,
With you by my side I can never go wrong.
So come walk with me, Come share your love
Your hand in mine, I feel complete.
Lets talk awhile and have a laugh,
Come walk with me and share my path.
