My Friend

My Friend
                Sweeter than honey, precious than gold is how you are,
                Your availability in times of need scares me,
                Your commitment and sacrifice towards me is amazing,
                Not only in times of need do you avail yourself,
                But at all times you stand by my side,
                But, my friend, your friendship is beyond measure.

                By the amazing magnitude of your friendship,
                You leave me humbled and feeling appreciated,
                Your existence not only makes my life good,
                But also fulfilled, wonderful and enjoyable,
                You may not know, hear, see or smell,
                But, my friend your friendship is beyond measure.

                They say a friend in need is a friend indeed,
                But I say I know you as a friend indeed,
                You make me see life in a different angle,
                By keeping me in a different position,
                I won’t be able to pay you back for sure 
                But, my friend your friendship is beyond measure
