My Friend

She's not who you think she is

"Then tell me who is she?"

Shes lost, she wont feel this

"Why are you telling this to me?"

I'm telling you so you'll listen

"Aren't you supposed to be a Christian?"

I am, but your face will glisten

"Your crazy, out of commission"

I'm warning you of tears

"But she is the one for me"

Pay attention, open your ears

"You cant tell me what WILL be!"

But i will tell you the truth
As hard as it may sound

"Whatever i wont listen
Go away your not earning your crown"

--
My friend and i were talking
And that is what we said
Then one day I'm walking
I realize the truth he spread

As the end of this approached
My friend and i drew nearer
He was always trying to coach
My friend was in the mirror
