My First Thirty Days
My First Thirty Days
My first thirty days—
after living low in the valley,
God woke me
on the top of the mountain.
Eight months later,
I was walking in Glory,
stepping into
a new me.
Stay in faith, My daughter,
says the Lord,
for I will take you
through the storm.
You may not understand the why,
but know this—
I love you, My child.
The sacrifices I made
were never unseen,
each one poured out
so you would have
all you ever needed.
Wipe away your tears, daughter,
for your Heavenly Father
is always here.
In thirty days,
I woke you from a life walk
you never asked for,
a path heavy with questions
and silent prayers.
You thought you wouldn’t make it—
yet you held on,
you kept your faith.
And now, as this journey closes,
eight months later,
remember My name.
For My hand
will remain upon you—
each moment,
of every single day.
