My First Boy
Dear Adam,
Although adults can get sad and upset
Always know
Your smile makes us smile
Your pleasant glow
You've known your alphabet
Since you were little
You love running and jumping
And tea from the kettle
You know all the dinosaurs
From the herbivores to the ones of who eat meat
And your favourite is the T-Rex
Who sits on the king's seat
So what makes you special,
My amazing boy?
It's just you
My greatest joy
