My Feelings

Guilty of acting out of high emotion
Not considering the repercussions 
Need space and time to think
Cause feelings aren’t facts
And there is no need to sink!
There is a process to go through
Awareness, acceptance, action
Helps to be true
To a way of living
That makes it possible for forgiving
