My Favorite

I don't claim to be an epicure
But there's one pasta dish that's sure
To get me to the table fast.
It's macaroni/beef goulash.

I make it with the small sea shells.
My tongue tastes of the little wells
Of tomato sauce that's found therein,
So tasty that it make me grin.

When I am tired and want to crash
A big bowl of my loved goulash
Will pep me up as it fills my tummy.
I love it because it is so yummy.

No problem, Joyce. You could put a placeholder in if you wish. You know how much I love your sense of humor. If this one's not for you, that's fine too. Love, Carolyn

Joyce, this is terrific and I wish you success in the pasta contest. You write humor so well! A quickie Doctor Phobia contest has been posted. Got two entries and won't be putting a blog up on it until tomorrow. Hope you can send some laughs my way. I am trying to reduce stress about the doctor appointment I have on Monday. Love, Carolyn
