My Fault
Wish I could know
Wish I could see
What you needed me to be
Only knew what I wanted for me
I didn't know how to show
The way I felt for you down below
Underneath all the mess
I didn't know that I caused
I just did what I had to
Not knowing I was hurting you
I say if you were stronger
You would have stayed with me longer
But the truth is I was wrong
It was my fault all along
And I didn't realize until you were gone
But now there is no turning back
Roads of life took different tracks
I wonder what could have been
If I was capable to swallow my sins
The things I did were so untrue
You didn't deserve all I put you through
You are my angel, my spark of light
Knowing your love got me through the night
You didn't know the power that you had
You were too busy being sad
I didn't know how to make you happy
I didn't want to be bothered by anyone else but me
I was wrong and you were right
In the end I lost the fight
If only I could know your love again
My life would be complete
My heart will be yours. as it always has been...
