My Fault
It’s not my fault that I finally fell
In love with you my darling damsel
I think we both share a pleasant passion
That brought us together in a funny fashion
We both love and play this golden game
Since we are not the same, I’m not to blame
If I have to hurt you to get us greater glory
It’s for our own good, yet, I’m sincerely sorry
You have no proof yet I can’t complain
I know that you want me to be pure and plain
I will make up for this mean mistake
I have decided to bend so I won’t break
I will show no shame to turn from the wide way
My heart will always be yours every night and day
I will always be your husband and hero
Because you have vowed to be my pleasant pillow
