Too busy to be a dad
I do not miss him

Thanks again Andrea. It's really not exactly pain. Hard to describe.... Like a dull grey disappointment.

So very honest and sad, Howard. But being honest is healthy and full of acceptance. Congratulations on your placement. Sandra

Thank you Archana. I too often fear I did not try hard enough to not like him..... By the way... You should be proud of being a mother of two.

You are quite welcome Judy. Thank for sponsoring the contest. Only about 1/3 through the entries but they are great so far. There certainly are were and will be wonderful dads. That is a good thing.

With Haiku you can say so much without saying much. There is so much behind the so little. You are right. My father always had only the best wishes for me. It just would have been nice to have had a meaningful relationship. Gone now.... Thanks for the read white sage.
