My Father

A hero like no other, a guardian angel true,
Sent to bless many lives, with a love that shines through.
He bears the weight, of responsibilities grand,
A burden he carries, with a heart that's strong and planned.

With sleepless nights, and days of toil and strife,
He labors tirelessly, to give his family life.
The thought of empty plates, and bellies that go bare,
Pains him deeply, though tears may not always be there.

He stands like a rock, when standing's not an easy feat,
A pillar of strength, that holds our family beat.
Every morning's dawn, finds him rising with the sun,
Leaving a wet towel, as he works hard, till the day is done.

His strength is unwavering, his spirit unbroken,
Though weary from the day's toil, his love remains unspoken.
He comes home tired, but his heart still beats with cheer,
And as he plays with his kids, his fatigue disappears, year by year.

A hero in every sense, a man of honor true,
My father stands tall, with a heart that's pure and new.
Let's celebrate him, with flowers in his hand,
While he's still alive, let's show him we understand.

For fathers like him, who toil and strive with might,
Who give their all, with love that's pure and bright.
They deserve our respect, our gratitude, and our praise,
For being the rock, that holds our family ways.
