I look at the colors
Brilliant and soothing
Smiling on a Spring day
Pure gentleness
Caressing my dreams
I watch the sunshine
Lighting the heart
With a radiance that whispers
Of joy, hope and love
Summer’s song
Healing every darkness
With the simple sparkle
Of a heavenly thought
I see the dancing leaves
In ambers, crimson and gold
Painting the whole world
A miracle of shimmering bliss
Reaching through the shadows
To inspire my soul to believe
This place will complete me
I examine the dazzling luster
Of a fresh fallen snow
Winter’s reluctance to give me
Sensations of sunniness
Striking flames of warmth in me
Where the frosty feelings
Flood my mind with a colorless breath
Reminding my spirit to listen
To the silence in my path
His creativity is never still
He lights the world with details
Seasons of purity and peace
Inspirations flowing through thoughts
Exhilarating and flamboyant
Rich hues of love so alive it sighs
At the trembling touch of God’s grace
Amazing, startling, marvelous
Grace that lifts hearts, souls and minds
To new heights where He invites us
To be like Him, to invent, design, found
Beauty that can only be discovered
By the heart who knows Him as Father!
