My Family Recipe

Memories in a photo that should be framed in gold Pictures of my family the greatest treasure i hold Each and everyone make up who i am today For all the love they have shown in the passing yesterday My mom she is great never to pull the wool over her eyes To say in the least often we have tried Never the less shes been there for us in times of joy or sorrow Teaching us of love and respect life's to great morals My dad he is gone now but in my heart i hold him near I think of him often with every passing year My sister we have a special bond that we share together Often doing some little thing to say we love each other My brother doesnt say much but if you need him he is always there To give you a kind hug to show you he really cares My family is truly the best for what i see with my eyes Never to let them stray to far keeping them close by All memories that i have kept down inside my heart Are all the little bits of us made up from the start So if your reading this poem i want you to see Without my loving family who would i really be
