My Fake Smile

It may be contagious,
But that's what you like.
You see me smiling
You're glowing inside.
I couldn't ask for more,
Grateful enough.
I tell silly jokes
whenever you're around.
I got to be strong,
Stand still and smile.
I should be infectious,
Just to see your day
as happy as clouds.
I could be your pill.
Your stimulant,
Drug and addiction.
Look after me
Like your own possesion.
But when you're not here,
I'm all alone.
The show is over.
I take off my mask.
I can't wear it anymore.
