My Faith Is Rewarded

After many hiccups along the way, My faith in flying cars has been rewarded, The promises given in the sixties, That got buried alive in the seventies, That almost ran out of air in the eighties, That got dug up in the nineties, That got left behind at the dawn of the twenty first century, That were rediscovered a decade ago, Have now been given the green light. Now all we need to do is embrace them, As a means to save the planet, And kiss goodbye to the need for even more roads to nowhere, At a cost to economies everywhere.

"kiss goodbye" those "roads to nowhere". I completely agree. The moment you get on the right path, you know you're traveling in the right direction. Such a wonderful feeling indeed. Your thoughts hold meaning and depth. My best to you, David. :) Brandy

Thanks Brandy. I am sure our 3 year old grandson will be driving a flying car when old enough. Hopefully I will be around long enough to get behind the wheel or joystick of one. Cheers David in NZ
