My Faith
You have your doubts
And I have my mind,
I know what's about
To start to unwind.
We are so twisted
That soon we'll spin,
I make you so pissed
That I seem like a sin.
When I think I'm doing
What seems to be right,
It turns out to me
Id be better out of sight.
That look in your eyes
Tells me I'm wrong,
The sound of your voice
Sings like a mourning song.
She walks on by
And strauts her stuff,
You think I'm looking
My faith is tough.
Looks don't take me astray
Cause I don't care,
I'm faithful that way
My heart isn't there.
(It's here.)
Sometimes I cry
When I think of you,
'Cause I want you to know
My faith is true.
I just want you to know,
That I'll say it to anyone;
I'll always say no.
