My End
You tell me that you love me,
That you'll never let me go.
Then you turn your back,
And say you have no kiss to blow.
And now I sit here motionless,
Showing just the smallest sign of life.
Now I wish there was no bliss,
That I didn't have to live this life.
I should have trusted my instincts,
When they started going haywire.
But I got what I deserved,
For opening my ears to your magic choir.
So I'll just mosey on down,
To the hole I dug last week.
Lay back inside with my crown,
And drift through God's creek.
