my ears are keener than dog ears

sitting on my dogs’ porch, their own domain enjoying the sun that is kissing my right arm brand new chain link keeps us hostage, away from delivery men large annoying bumblebee zips in to say hello she sounds like a buzz saw no indication that either of my dogs heard the bee I usually say I have dog ears since I hear more than most apparently, my ears are keener than dog ears
