My Dream

My dreams are simple, noble and yet true. To be seen without judgement. No more locking of car doors as I cross the street. To be handed the bill when the meal is complete. Not to be assumed guilty by the police. To be looked upon as an equal. My dream is to be treated fair. Treated like my skin color doesn’t make a difference. To be shown the kindness of being human My dream
