My Dog Took Me For a Walk Today

my dog took me for a walk today as he usually does he knows the way people assume that I take him out that's not the case he leads me about you see if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't go I'd just stay in laying low so it's a good job he does, he lets me loose I'm sure if he didn't I'd be a recluse

I love this, wonderfully expressed! I tell my dog what great ideas he has regularly - he's like "let's go for a woodland walk and you can listen to a meditation", I'm like "great idea" - then his sense of humour kicks in and when the meditation says "take a nice deep breath" it's responsible dog ownership pick up time... We laugh about it later. Excellent poem showing the contribution dogs make to wellbeing. Enjoyed :)

It's true that, their contribution to our wellbeing, there's times I really wouldn't have left the house if it wasn't for my dogs, they really listen and help, doing their bit. Thanks so much for commenting and reading.
