my digging dog
my dog can dig anywhere
he has six acres to dig up
so where does he dig?

under the neighbor’s fence
and under my feet, throwing dirt into my sandals
today he is digging a new hole to Siberia
throwing dirt on his brother
another dog, brother by another mother
