My Denial
Even if I’m wearing black
Black’s not my style.
And I will deny that
I wont accept fact.
It’s not a living hell
It’s my denial.
When I’m feeling mad’s
The only time I smile.
I’m not left or right
I vote for the vile
Before I choose denial.
I don’t need to be locked up
I love my inner exile
Where I deny my denial.
Even though I’ve got kids
I am infertile
Can I deepen my denial?
When I’m feeling mad’s
The only time I smile.
I’m not left or right
I vote for the vile
Before I choose denial.
How can you reconcile
A veteran juvenile
Who lives in denial
Writing words of bile?
You say I wrote this bit
And I will deny it!
When I’m feeling mad’s
The only time I smile.
I’m not left or right
I vote for the vile
Before I choose denial.
