A gallant moon extends gold fingers to me on the dance floor
as I slip my legs into the chorus line of tall, green grass with ease.
Like a spiraling leaf, I’m free until eyes freeze upon his tracks.

Dang, Rhonda. That is the danger in not seeing my friends' poems until after my contest is judged. I then am not aware to tell you that you forgot to enter it!!! So sorry. It definitely would have made the winners' list. great personification poem.
