My Computer and I
My computer and I, always good friends,
Have avoided all the new-fangled trends.
Long ago I decided it would work for me,
Not the other way around, don’t you see?
I don’t need “Word” trying to get in my head!
For years, “Excel” has held me in good stead.
By modern standards, seen with the relics…
A monitor, keyboard, and a mouse that clicks.
I’m too old to change, my old ways I’ll cling,
For I can still make my old computer sing!
