Thanks so much, Andrea. I loved this lady so much, especially when I was reading the series as a child. My books really were my playmates much of the time. Bless you

Thank you so much and you should read them - even now they're still wonderful tales. I could easily read them again... I think - I haven't tried, but just loved them so much - Thank you and prayers for you

Well-captured memories of a series and a time where values mattered, where there was right and wrong, and where we hadn't been desensitized by an endless barrage of violence, gratuitous sex, and meaningless news. Thanks, Regina. Best wishes, Gershon

THIRD GRADE, I read one of her books and couldn't \ wouldn't stop until I read them all. She completely cemented me as a continual paper back holder. This poem is nostalgic delight. (To this day I still often fantasize that I live on Laura's prairie but have plumbing). Great visit, thank you ...CayCay

Thanks Jan... I'm glad someone else loved these, too. I remember them so well. Actually, where I live, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, my grandparents were also reminders of these characters. Blessings and Hugs :)
