My Cat

I once seen this cat,
All soft and sweet,
It's paws kneeding at my chest,
Once it was comfortable to sleep,

I stroke it,
Straighten her hair,
Because when she becomes upset,
Her fur would begin to flare,

Playing with a ball of yarn,
Batting it around,
Getting something to drink,
While we listen to her slurping sound,

Back upon my chest once again,
She had a fun filled day,
That just never seems to end....
