My Breath Is Taken

My breath is taken. No choice, Just taken. Ecstatic pain Thrills through me, And I know You are right for me. This glove fits so well; WE fit so well. They laugh at our antics, That gallery of stern critics. Foolishly juxtaposed! Enemies of Bliss! The last laugh Is ours.

Allen, I was talking about your friend, who inspired the poem for Brittany Maynard (Never mind me, I am so glad, you wrote a new poem. As a matter of fact I was going to bug you in writing a new one.) Why actually replied to my comment. :) By the way, that contest is a nice choice. Have you read my take on it. Please do. Thank you so much Anoucheka :) Yes, after 15 years in the wilderness, I have met the woman I was always meant to be with :) Been two years since I've written... But it only takes a spark to ignite the desire :)
