My Book of Life

Filled pages inked with memories
Lapsing moments within my life
Trials, tribulations, smiles, events
Penned with ink, but bled by knife

No thought ever seemed impossible
Words formed easily to describe the times
Give to you, pleasure in reading my life
Penned for you in prose and rhyme

Take from this all that’s possible
Smile even, or cry with me
I hope my life proves worthy reading
I pray my memories are easy to see

We all have our own book to write and there is tragedy, comedy, joy and sorrow. How we handle it determined if the book becomes a best seller. God Bless. Vince

I think we do laugh and cry with you. We read and feel what you feel and catch a glimpse of the inner self. Phyl

Very honest and humble. I am glad you share your thoughts and feelings as you do. It gives hope that men can one day follow such an example. Excellent content. Love, Ivy
