My Body Until You Return

Desperate hands shake
As they hold within the need
To grasp onto another hand

Your hand

Aching lips quiver
As they seal away three words
And the touch of another set of lips

Your lips

Stinging eyes wait upon
The day they'll gaze into the
Midnight blue of another one's eyes

Your eyes
