I find bananas nauseating, this sugary fruit really a berry; a curvy yellow thing some call captivating, I don't care- how many benefits dietary! Odious the smell, and just hideous as well. After arriving home deteriorating, looking like an alien creature scary; claims of healthy so agitating, and don't try to hide- a loaf creating! LOL BW, I hope it's not that bad in reality. I'm not a huge banana fan but I enjoy them on occasion. I like plantain chips, mofongo (green plantain mashed and deep fried with pork cracklin and garlic, especially stuffed with shrimp), tostones (like round plantain fries) and in particular pasteles (plantain shredded and stuffed then wrapped in banana leaves and boiled for an hour.

Thanks for the laugh it's a nice way to end my visit. I hope you're well. By the way bananas are fascinating. 27 varieties grow in Puerto Rico. They are not trees like everyone calls them, more closely related to grasses in their growth habit and the history of the Banana Republics is fascinating. I have one in my back yard. Hahaha, thank you.

Ha ha, this is good. I am a fan of banana cake. Also if you dip a banana in chocolate and freeze it then it is quite delicious.
