My Birthday

Form: Free-Verse Title: Birthday The significance of a birthday is to value another year of life. A place full of cheerful decorations to fill the room with laughter and joy Decorations such as balloons high above the ceiling, A Trampoline or bouncer outside in a back yard. If it doesn't fit in your backyard perhaps your front yard will do. Then there are tables decorated with table cloths to honor With birthday decorative figures all over A cake full of colorful candles placed right above a birthday cake the meaningful numerical number which represents us. It's decorated with colorful frosting what a beautiful design! A person on their birthday make a wish before blowing The candles above the birthday cake. A wish every person desires upon a wish It tastes very sugary says every lovely child. Every child's favorite part of a birthday is being sung to A meaningful coned hat shall they all wear with joy. Gifts are placed above the rectangular table neatly I see wrappings of all different shapes and colors. Waiting to be unwrapped by a Birthday girl or boy Children anticipate to grab a wooden stick just to hit the pinata Just to enjoy seeing all the candy drop towards the ground. I see every child running just to reach the candy on the floor. Children grab their baggies to place their candies inside their bags. Some people make reservations at a solan where many celebrate occasional events, not just birthdays Boys and Girls don't just celebrate Birthdays Men and Woman of all ages do too. Men and Women celebrate their birthdays by throwing parties Or having a simple having dinner at a restaurant where waiters and waitresses sing and wish them a happy birthday A traditional event carried on by mankind To celebrate someone birthday annually Every birthday should never be taken for granted A birthday is a symbolic event which reunites friends and family To celebrate of someone's special day
