My Best Friend
I miss my best friend,
He was my little dog,
Not worth much,
Priceless.
When I punished him,
Ignored him,
Talked bad to him,
He always forgave me.
He was always glad to see me,
Listened earnestly,
Made me feel better,
He was a better person than me.
All love comes from God,
He gave my little dog a lot of love in his heart,
My little dog was a good person,
I am sure I will find souls petting him in Heaven.
