My Best Friend

My destiny has been written-
   and my beloved are names engraved,
      so, I have a treasured friend; 
who is there for me when I am dazed,
        on her-  I can always depend.

No secrets are ever hidden-
   She will kiss my tears away,
      will hold my hand when I am sad;
call me, she says, anytime of the day,
        and there are some so bad.
 
No words are forbidden
   I have my own breathing angel,
      and she means the world to me;
she holds me when life is painful.
         because of her- I am set free.
